This aged cheese is from raw milk from Grass Fed cows that eat green grass and eat a diet that is natural to their bodies. This is raw milk cheese so it has been aged for over 60 days per USDA regulations. Our aged cheddar cheese have been aged up to one year to enhance that real cheddar flavor.
